Dunkin’ LSM Now
Content design and product management for Dunkin’ local store marketing e-store.

My company launched a redesign of the Dunkin’ local marketing e-store called LSM Now.
LSM Now users consist of franchisees and managers who order Dunkin’ approved branding and marketing assets such as banners, coupons, and point-of-purchase signage.

I led the design of this newly-launched site, providing creative for digital assets, front-end UI and inventory organization.

My designs included customizable assets that users can order for in-store use.
On this door decal below, users are able to choose between multiple delivery services. I designed the assets and collaborated with developers to validate functionality.





For this asset, I designed variations for every possible combination of delivery partner.
Since this design was well received by the Dunkin’ marketing team, I was asked to expand the “Dunkin’ Delivers” program.
I created a set of assets which included lawn signs and roof banners which all had the same customizable functionality.


I created UI assets used for navigational icons on the homepage of LSM Now.
When designing an icon for the main categories, I analyzed the existing icon set to study the line weight and style.

My icon design for the Delivery & Catering page, which features a delivery van matching the aesthetic of Dunkin’s iconic brand.
For thumbnail images on the site, I established a consistent visual style.
These preview images give users an accurate view of how various types of items will be presented to the customer.

Thumbnails were designed to fully show variation options and double-sided designs.
I provided additional creative, including a set of print collateral for the recruitment program.

I provided visual and functional enhancements to LSM Now through the first three years of their redesign, helping grow sales on the site by 71%*.
By optimizing the user interface and adding quality to the overall experience, I’ve helped ensure continuous growth and user satisfaction. Furthermore, my designs helped to bolster the Dunkin’ brand as a whole.
